Ordering
There are several simple ways to order our artwork. We accept Visa and Masterard payments through our secure web store and also over the phone. We also accept cheque’s and direct bank deposits/internet banking (NZ customers only). Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched upon cheque clearance. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Please contact us for our bank detail if you would like to pay via direct bank deposit/internet banking.

Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging is dependent on size , weight and destination. Our standard art works incur a fee of $6.50 and the large ‘Series’ are $15.50. Each purchase is carefully wrapped to ensure is arrives to you safely. Items are dispatched within 10 days of payment being received. Please feel free to email us if you require urgent delivery.
Gifts
We are happy to send Stork artwork to lucky recipients. We can also include a personalised message from you and offer free gift wrapping. Standard courier charges apply. Please include details of who and where you would like the gift to be sent to when ordering (along with your personalised message). Alternatively if you are having trouble deciding which fabulous image to buy we can send them a Gift Voucher, contact us directly on the link below to organise this.
Guarantees
We deliver products of the highest quality which should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your Artwork or you are not completely satisfied please return your purchase within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved.
